Just a quick note to let everyone know that we made it after a long and gruelling 4 and half days of cycling in the Scottish Highlands !!!!

Arriving into Stranraer late on Monday night, after starting in Inverness and working our way down the West Coast of Scotland and covering many of the Scottish Isles – total distance of 460 miles. We saw some of the most spectacular scenery Scotland has to offer as well as some of the most horrendous Raymond McIntyre weather Mother Nature could throw at us. That with the incessant category 3 and 4 mountain passes provided some of the most demanding cycling that I personally have ever experienced – I was beginning to think that my bike had run out of gears on some parts!

As amnesia slowly kicks in, we will all focus and remember the good bits of the trip, of which there were many…. I think!

There is still the opportunity to show your support for this worthwhile cause for Marie Curie so really appreciate any donations as we fast approach our target of £5k!

Thanks for your support!

PS Lovely racing bike up for sale!!!! Just need to extract it from 10m of water in Belfast Dock….
