Anyone for Circuits?

Windsor Tennis Club Belfast is hoping to start 2 new Fitness/ Circuits Classes aimed at getting club members fitter, stronger and more flexible. Great for your tennis and squash!

One circuits class will be in the Corry Hall on Monday nights from 7.00 – 8.00pm. The circuits will be aimed at all levels and ages as each exercise will be adapted to your own fitness levels. The class will include mobility and flexibility exercises designed to make sure you stay supple and get more out of everyday life and your sport. Depending on demand the classes can be geared towards Men and Women or a mix so please register your interest at reception. The Classes will be taken by Windsor Tennis Club Belfast Club Manager Wendy Phillips who is a registered UK Athletics Level 2 Coach, and has coached athletes to Commonwealth and European Championships.

Marc Howland our own in house expert and Sports fitness instructor is a Qualified level 3 Strength and Conditioning Coach is also going to start Fitness Classes in the Corry Hall on Tuesday at 2.30pm. He will also give Nutritional advice to help support Healthier eating and lifestyles. A maximum of 10 – 12 places are available and courses will initially run for a 6 week period.
