Hi Member,

As you may know, Michael McDowell has announced his intention to retire from his position of Secretary/Manager in September 2009. 

Michael has given the club 15 years of outstanding service and it is intended to mark his retirement appropriately later on in the year, details to follow in due course. We know that the members of Windsor will extend their best wishes to Michael for a well-deserved happy and healthy retirement.

Accordingly, the search has now started for Michael's successor, and the position of Manager will be advertised in the Belfast Telegraph Jobfinder (as well as the Sunday Life) on Friday 12th June. 

The position will also be advertised on the Windsor website www.windsortennis.co.uk.

It is anticipated that the new appointment will be in place by September and that the transition can consequently be made without causing disruption for the club.

You will of course be kept up to date with developments as they unfold.
